The application allows the learning division within Shell to identify competence levels and ultimately highlights deficiencies among their staff. The application also enables the learning division within Shell to collect data and report on course participation levels.
BP - Web enabled competency and training portal for E&P segment
BP approached Biznet asking them to help provide an Intranet Web Based Assessment Application with global reach and with real time data collection and reporting. The aim of the application was to overcome the limitations of the current spreadsheet based system, and to allow for advanced reporting facilities to compare and contrast data. Biznet worked with BP in order to help them identify a clear role for each level and user type involved in the Challenge program process. This allowed BP to streamline their process for the Challenge Program data retrieval, approval and reporting.
